This install applies to "Winter Games Crack Intro" © 1986 High Quality Crackings.
This install requires WHDLoad to be in the path.
It can be found in the WHDLoad package.
To install from a different drive than DF0: select installation mode Expert.
The installed intro requires 0.5 MB ChipMem (+0.1 MB OtherMem for preload).
It can be quit by pressing F10 (key can be changed with Tooltype "QuitKey=").
- Full load from HD
- Interrupt fixed
- DMA and interrupt settings fixed
- Decruncher (PowerPacker) relocated to fast memory
- OS stuff disabled/patched
- NewIcon (created by me)
- Source code included as usual
- Quit option that works on 68000 machines (default key is 'F10')
Another HQC classic here. This intro was released in December 1986
and while it isn't anything special it still deserves respect for
the clean code! Cracking Winter Games in 1986 also deserves a mention too
as it was one of the games which featured a "real" protection compared
to the lot of either unprotected or very badly protected games.
Enjoy this classic intro, those were the days! HQC sure ruled, German
pioneers of the early Amiga days! :)
Greetings to all in Scarab and Scoopex, the WHDLoad team, PMC,
Musashi5150, Skan, Slummy, Loaderror, Frequent, Wayne Kerr, Mr.Spiv,
Alpha One, CFou!, Paradroid and all the other usual suspects. :)
Special greetings to all Golf MK1 fans worldwide and all classic
car owners/drivers. :)
Extra greetings to the usual suspects on #amigascne, see you all at
Revision 2015! :)
version 1.00 (19.11.2014) done by StingRay:
