This install applies to "Music Disk 2" © 1990 Elite.
Requirements:

This install requires WHDLoad and DIC to be in the path.
To install from a different drive than DF0: select installation mode Expert.
The installed demo requires 0.5 MB ChipMem (+0.9 MB OtherMem for preload).
It can be quit by pressing F10 (key can be changed with Tooltype "QuitKey=").

Very good code here, there was almost nothing to fix! The demo features
a contact part which was activated upon reset, since it only contains a
static text and isn't particularly interesting I have disabled it in this
patch.
Worth mentioning is the bootblock header, it contains the "Elite Inc." ID
and to achieve that an instruction which was legal but still contained
the needed ascii text was used. Quite funny and not too common for a 1990
demo.
