That install applies to "Plastic Passion" © 1991 Upfront.
That install requires WHDLoad and DIC to be in the path. Both
can be found in the WHDLoad package.
To install from a different drive than DF0: select Expert as
installation mode.
You need 0.5 MB ChipMem and 0.5 MB OtherMem.
You can quit the demo by pressing F10 (key can be changed with
Tooltype "QuitKey=").
The demo can be found on Aminet (demo/mega/UpfrontPlastic.dms).
1.0 - Initial release.
Fixed: Several effects lacked Blitwaits for compability
with faster processors, removed self-modifying code in
the loader screen, created Reloc-tables for some parts
to be able to use FastMem which is NOT located at the old
standard FakeFastMem-base (adress $C00000) etc.
1.1 - Fixes for machines with a slow ChipRAM interface
(like the Blizzard 1260 has):
The 2400 plots now run at 50 fps and also the music
is running at the right speed. This was only possible
by moving the plotter to FastRAM. Same goes to the
textplotter in the endpart.
Graphical bugs in the Floffy removed.
Since none of the effects takes benefit from the Caches,
they are not used at all now, so you don't need to set
the "NOCACHE" tooltype on 68040/68060 anymore.
The 6529 plots are corrupted with a slow ChipRAM
interface and I couldn't fix it like the other plot parts
as the plotroutine is changed with the Blitter and due to
this cannot be moved to FastMem.
Atleast I fixed this part that it won't crash on such
machines anymore.
