Short : HD-Installer for Battle Chess

That install applies to "Battle Chess" © 1988 Interplay
It supports disk, CDTV and CD32 versions.
(registered users only)

It requires:
 - WHDLoad 16+
 - Disk game: 512 Kb ChipMem & 512 Kb OtherMem (+800 Kb OtherMem for preload)
 - CD32 game: 640 Kb ChipMem & 512 Kb OtherMem (+5.9 MB OtherMem for preload)
 - An installed A500 Kickstart 1.3 image.


Version 1.1 (10.11.2010) by Psygore:
 - Supports ntsc version (thanks to Garry Cardinal)
 - Reassembled with lastest kickemu
 - Slowdown problem removed (manual protection)
 - 2 BoxIcons added
 - New install script
 - Reference card included

Version 1.0 (20.01.2003) by Psygore:
 - Supports CDTV and CD32 versions
 - Nice Color/NewIcon (created by me) and Exoticon included
 - Uses KickEmu (written by Wepl)
 - Manual protection removed
 - Mouse pointer speedup
 - Load/Save game on HD (only floppy version)
 - Quit with F10

Note:
- to run correctly the ntsc disk version, you must use 'ntsc' option
  (it will quit the game if this option is missing).
- icon.library is not more required, you can delete it for all versions.

If you have not yet registered WHDLoad, this patch will NOT work.


The kickstart image must be located in the directory "Devs:Kickstarts"
and must be named "kick34005.A500". The image can be extracted from a
A500 with tools like 'GrabKick' or similar which can be found on aminet.
If the image is of wrong version or altered in any way WHDLoad will
quit with a appropriate requester.
Additionally the file "kick34005.A500.RTB" must be installed in the
same directory as the kickstart image. It can be found in the archive
"util/boot/skick346.lha" on aminet.
