This patch applies to "King Pin: Arcade Sports Series Bowling" (c) 1995 
Team 17 - 1 disk and CD32 version. Thanks to Chris Vella for sending the
original.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Slaves need WHDLoad V17+
- Kingpin.slave     requires 692 KB ChipMem and 868 KB OtherMem
- Kingpin1MB.slave  requires 508 KB ChipMem and 508 KB OtherMem
- KingPinCD32.slave requires 508 KB ChipMem and 976 KB OtherMem
 (+750k other memory for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- Manual protection skipped
- All OS stuff patched
- All CPU caches enabled
- Decrunch routine relocated in fastmem (to depack quickly the main prg)
- Keyboard handler added (QuitKey works on 68000)
- Player default name "PLYR 1" fixed when saving it
- Player name can contain a space now
- Colorbit fixed
- Blitwait added, some blitter operation fixed
- VBR accesses removed (x2)
- RomIcon, NewIcon and OS3.5 Colour Icon (created by me!), 2 Exoticons
  (taken from http://exotica.fix.no/) and 3 BoxIcons (http://hol.abime.net)
- Quit option (default key is '*' (PrtSc))

Notes:
3 slaves are provided, one for all sound enabled, one for CD32 version and one
for low memory system which requires 1 MB of memory. This last has not the
ambience and loudspeaker extra sound, but it has been tested successfully on a
Minimig with a setup of 1.5MB memory.
If you install the floppy version, 2 slaves will be copied on your HD.

You can disable extra sound in some slaves, set:
- CUSTOM1=1 to turn off loudspeaker extra sound,
- CUSTOM2=1 to turn off bowling ambience.

CD32 notes:
The CD32 slave version doesn't support the 4 audio CD tracks. In the main menu,
music option is freezed to off. There will not have atmosphere, but only
loudspeaker sound. The data will be always saved on HD, so option can not be
switched to off ("Use DH0 to data On").
