You can copy your magica.dat file from any existing disk/install to import
your settings, highscores and level scores.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Install requires WHDLoad 18
- Game requires 360k chip mem
  (+additional memory for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Loads fully from HD
- Quit to Workbench at any time, including 68k machines
- All operating system calls removed
- 2x writes to FMODE register removed (as not needed, and causes snoop errors)
- Keyboard routine replaced (uses timers for more reliability on fast machines)
- Set CUSTOM1 to enable trainers/options:
  + 1 to enable in-game cheat keys
  + 2 for infinite lives
  + 4 for infinite time
  + 8 for invincibility
  + 16 to disable saving between levels
    (use this if you use NOWRITECACHE and per-level saving annoys you)
- Optional in-game cheat keys:
  * HELP - skip level
  * L - toggle infinite lives
  * T - toggle infinite time
  * I - toggle invincibility
  * G - toggle character gender (doesn't affect score saves)
- Highscores and level scores saved to disk (unless you cheat)
- Settings saved to disk
- Compatible with existing saves (copy magica.dat into data folder)
- Manual included
- Source code included

WORDS FROM THE AUTHOR

This install was a request from the EAB forum (greetings to Weasel Fierce!).
A short and sweet game that is a port of a recent Amstrad title. It's good fun
and was nice and straightforward to patch. The game already plays from HD, but
doesn't degrade the system if you're using RTG screenmodes etc. so there's at
least some point to having it under WHDLoad.

While patching I found two cheats!

Level Select + Invincibility:
- Go to the Information screen, 3rd page
- Type '6031769' (same code as Manic Miner!) and "Cheat Activated!" will appear
  in the middle of the screen
- The player is now invincible, and a level select is shown when starting
- You can type '6031769' again to disable the cheat

Gender Change
- Go to Redefine Keys, and set your keys to W, I, Z, R and D in that order
- The gender of your character will switch from female -> male or vice versa

I've included an option to disable saves between levels. If you're like me and
use NOWRITECACHE, you'll keep getting stalls while WHDLoad does an OS swap to
save. I don't personally mind that but some people might, so the option is there
just in case!

Settings + scores are always saved whenever you go back to the title screen.
If you cheat, then only settings are saved.
