The game sometimes gets horizontal stripes on screen after a few minutes playing. I think this is due to my cpu be 68000 7Mhz because I tried in WinUAE with higher cpu and everything went well.

My humble apologies, I rushed to put this bug here before making deeper troubleshooting. this strange effect happens also if you play with diskette. so this does not have to do with WHDLoad. I'm so sorry for taking your time.
