Can't confirm and I can't see anything in the code that is 68000 incompatible. Unfortunately your register dump doesn't help, when does the crash happen?

The crash happends after the title screen but only with a CF card formatted wirh Fast File System for a copple of weeks ago I changed the filesystem to PFS3 and since then no more issues with this game.
