File loader patch is not 68000 compatible (nothing to do with the manual protection). 68000 quitkey doesn't work either. Manual protection will be completely removed in updated patch and 68000 quitkey support will be added as well.

V1.2 update is now available, patch is fully 68000 compatible, manual has been included as well.
