Summary | 0003690: NOREQ option behaviour
Description | Just a quick one, I was wondering if you were aware of any issue with the NOREQ tooltype? I am still getting a requester in certain circumstances (when the data= path is set incorrectly for example) http://eab.abime.net/showpost.php?p=1157863&postcount=9 Is this normal behaviour for any reason? Cheers
Steps To Reproduce | I am using the following from a script :
WHDLOAD NOREQ SLAVE="whdloadgame:AlienBreed2.Slave" PRELOAD NOWRITECACHE SPLASHDELAY=0 DATA="whdloadgame:dwnw/" >"whdloadgame:whdscript_debug"
You can see i have thrown 'junk' (a non existing path) into the DATA= option. However, i am still seeing a requester...

Welp stated, that the reason is that Data option is checked before NoReq. I would really like to see all outputs be able to send to a file (without the requester ever appearing) so I will use this channel to ask kindly for that :) thanks |
