When I type "save" from within the game, the map flashes up briefly and then it goes to, and stays on, a black screen. There is then nothing I can do except quit WHDLoad. No save file is being created/modified. Trying to load a saved game has the same result (whether or not a saved game file is actually present), ie. map flashes up, goes to black screen, have to quit WHDLoad.

You need to let WHDLoad do its OS swaps, when saving for the first time, it takes a while, when saving (using the same name) again, it'll be faster.

I have updated the patch anyway as there was a manual check which appears when loading a saved game, which was not removed in the old patch.
