Summary0006818: use memory lists for file cache to avoid gl_memlargest
Descriptiongl_memlargest is used to preserve largest free memory block against ShadowMem allocation. This is a kludge to allow diskimage caching with less free memory.
With memory lists usage for the file cache this would be obsolete. It would also help to cache files if memory is fragmented.
