At first let me say thank you for the programming :) So I've tested it. While installing there is a message "Need at least version 47 of ixemul.library" so I went to aminet and downloaded version 48 and copied the unpacked files to lib-folder. The message stays when I tried to install it again. All I can click is "abort". After that I trying to start the game but it appears a error message "DOS-Error #205 - Object not found - error on reading armyload" Maybe the first message (ixemul) forces the missing object message. |

The install script needs a minor cleanup, an AmiTCP requester pops up after copying files from disk. Other than that the game seems to be working perfectly well with the new slave. |

@Retroplay R U sure about AmiTCP requester ?. The install use my 'cutter' to get important data from protected version and indeed shell pops up for a moment but it is not an AmiTCP requester. I just changed few lines in original Install file. I changed identification disk by file, because protected and unprotected versions have differ disk names and I wanted to make install easy to use. I can of course make a split, mean give a choice to user to choose a version to install, but I decided to not do this. I tested install with df0: and It works without problems. Perhaps because I don't have tcp stack. I even don't know what I should change in install script to stop showing AmiTCP requester (if this is a real problem). Any advice ? Respect |
